This is a stand-alone program used only for random selection. You can produce the random selection report which provides the name of the individuals selected as well as the test types selected for (drug, alcohol, drug and alcohol, and alternates if desired). You can then produce the random selection report which shows all individuals that were selected and the type of test selected for. You can also produce notification letters to provide to the individual(s) which they can take to the clinic showing the type of test to be administered.  See the example windows shown above.

    • You can use spreadsheet data or any text file for your input as long as the file is comma separated value (csv) file. CSV files are easily created from any spreadsheet software. Or use any text editor such as Notepad to create your input files. Example: ID, First Name, Last Name. It's that easy!
    • RandomizeIT! allows you to select candidates for drug or alcohol testing by either a number or a percentage of candidates at the click of a button. You can choose to select candidates by drug and alcohol on the same pull as well. You can also choose to select alternate candidates.
    • Noficiation letters can be generated for every individual that was selected in the random pull.
